La política fiscal y sus implicaciones en el crecimiento económico del Ecuador en el período 2010-2016

Public finances is a very broad field of study that configures a series of economic, social and political measures, a responsible government must know what economic measures to adopt in case of economic slowdown in the country and for this purpose it uses the different public policy instruments , one of them being public spending and the taxes that correspond to fiscal policy, a correct analysis of this policy allows to have control over the State's expenditure and thus to know whether or not to increase the tax rates for businessmen and citizens. This context suggests that the authorities must be prepared to face the uncertainty generated by an unstable economy and thus apply corrective measures. The objective of this research was to analyze the impact of fiscal policy on the economic growth of Ecuador in the period 2010-2016 for the improvement of national public policy. The study is oriented in a critical paradigm, the methodology of descriptive and statistical analysis was applied, using the technique of secondary data collection of public expenditure, taxes and GDP; in the research, a hypothesis of association is verified, in which it indicates that the fiscal policy composed of taxes and public expenditure (current, investment and capital) if it is related to the economic growth of Ecuador
Las finanzas públicas es un campo de estudio muy amplio que configura una serie de medidas de carácter económico, social y político, un gobierno responsable debe saber qué medidas económicas adoptar en caso de desaceleración económica del país y para ello utiliza los diferentes instrumentos de política pública, siendo uno de ellos el gasto público y los impuestos que corresponden a la política fiscal, un correcto análisis de esta política permite tener control sobre el gasto del Estado y así saber si aumentar o no las tasas de los impuestos tanto a empresarios como ciudadanos. Este contexto hace suponer que las autoridades deban estar preparadas para enfrentar la incertidumbre que genera una economía inestable y con ello aplicar las medidas correctivas. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la afectación de la política fiscal en el crecimiento económico del Ecuador en el periodo 2010-2016 para el mejoramiento de la política pública nacional. El estudio está orientado en un paradigma crítico, se aplicó la metodología de análisis descriptivo y estadístico, utilizando la técnica de recolección de datos secundarios del gasto público los impuestos y el PIB; en la investigación se comprueba una hipótesis de asociación, en la cual indica que la política fiscal compuesta por los impuestos y el gasto público (corriente, inversión y capital) si está relacionada en el crecimiento económico del Ecuador
