La presente investigación se fundamenta en un plan de la gestión del talento humano y la productividad en la agroempresa de Unión Libre. La misma está dirigida principalmente a establecer un proceso administrativo eficiente que funcione e incremente la productividad de la agroempresa. Es así que en mundo globalizado en el cual nos desarrollamos se evidencia que las grandes industrias han incrementado sustancialmente su productividad a partir de un mejor manejo administrativo, recurriendo a métodos ingenieriles ya establecidos, los cuales aplicados correctamente sin duda alguna elevaran los índices de utilidad. Es así que a partir de este conocimiento y de la compilación total de datos que maneja la agroempresa en “Unión Libre” en Pastaza se pudo analizar minuciosamente los pasos en cada uno de los procesos en los que se determinaron los planes y métodos más eficientes para evidenciar una solución en la agroempresa, la misma que fortalecerá a la sociedades y llenara de nuevas oportunidades a las generaciones venideras.
The present research is based on a human talent management plan, and the productivity of the Union Libre agribusiness. It is mainly targeted at stablishing an efficient administrative process that works and increases agribusiness productivity. It is evident that in today’s globalized world large industries have substantially increased their productive capacity through a better administrative management, using stablished engineering methods, which will certainly improve the profit index. Therefore, based on this knowledge and the total data compilation that Union Libre agribusiness manages in Pastaza, it was possible to analyze every single process step in detail determining the most efficient plans and methods that bring a solution for agribusiness, which will strengthen the society and provide new opportunities for future generations.
