Out of population of 28 people and electronic study was conducted in order to know the percentage of the guilty people found while rendering versions about organized crime perpetrated in Ecuador at which English Language was related as a detonator to produce evidences either to comply with the due process or to make sure the rigthness of justice at which translation took little but fundamental part at wich judges may rely to emit clear law based judgments. Knowledge, patience is the key to produce good translation results at criminal courts even thougth the effects of technical transfer of language comes in front of everybody´s eyes to show its power, somes judges still question them, reluctant to provide facilities for the expert in the translation field to the efficient job, backed in the law which enables them to accept or reject translation production at will...
