At present, there is a competitive economic environment, and it is for this reason that companies understand the need to obtain systems which allow to build an environment useful for monitoring the effectiveness, efficiency and facilitate a high degree of visibility of the various activities taking place in production processes or services, which ultimately will be useful as a support in decision-making. Companies, mostly, established rules focused on the attendance record and departure in labor law, this draft analysis, design and implementation is aimed to provide solutions and meet the needs of those rules. The horizon raised, is to have software that handles a large amount of volatile data, highly structured, these data should be queried, processed and analyzed through a browser, and to meet this horizon we¿ll apply a UML-based Web engineering proposal call UWE. The most important of this project is the decoding of the code of smart ID granted by the Civil Registry of Ecuador which works with Radio Frequency ID (RFID) and through by Saturn 6000 hardware it¿ll be able to obtain the necessary data to be processed and managed in an adequate way with purpose of any business improvement.
