La evaluación de impacto de tecnologías se torna necesaria, considerando que los fondos de inversión en investigación se han reducido en los últimos años. Realzan la importancia de la investigación como motor del desarrollo agropecuario, estableciendo su grado de difusión y aportando con criterios que permitan afinar las estrategias de generación y transferencia de nuevas tecnologías. El presente estudio analiza el impacto económico obtenido con F-Fripapa-99, por parte del PNRT-papa del 1NIAP; estableciendo el grado de adopción de la variedad, comparando la productividad y beneficio económico de I-Fripapa-99 frente a otras variedades y determinando la tasa de retorno a la inversión realizada en la generación, transferencia de tecnología y posicionamiento de la variedad.
The evaluation of impact o f technologies is necessary, considering that the investment funds in investigation have decreased in the last years. They enhance the importance of the investigation like a motor o f the agricultural development, establishing their diffusion grade and contributing with approaches that allow to adjust the generation strategies and transfer o f new technologies. The present study analyzes the economic impact obtained with I-Fripapa-99, for part of the PNRT-Potato o f INIAP; establishing the grade of adoption of the variety, comparing the productivity and economic benefit of I-Fripapa-99 against other varieties and determining the return rate to the investment carried out in the generation, technology transfer and positioning o f the variety.
