La investigación realizada tiene como propósito el Diseño de un Modelo de Gestión Integral de Control para el Área Administrativa de una Industria Textil, mediante el estudio de indicadores que detallen el éxito o fracaso que se adecuen a las características de las industrias textileras. El estudio explica variables, métodos y herramientas que abastecen la recolección de información. Asimismo, se detalla análisis documental y observación directa, consiguiéndose resultados favorables al plantear un modelo de calidad para los procesos administrativos de la organización. La intención de la investigación es el procesamiento efectivo de la información, de esta manera, la ejecución de procesos y actividades para cada área se vuelve más fácil. A su vez, se determina un instrumento de gestión integral que sea efectivo, eficiente y eficaz al procesar datos comunes en información valiosa que sirva en la toma de decisiones.
The research carried out has the purpose of designing an Integral Control Model for the Administrative Area of a Textile Industry, through the study of indicators that detail the success or failure that are appropriate to the characteristics of the textile industries. The study explains variables, methods and tools that provide information collection. Documentary analysis and direct observation are also detailed, with favorable results being obtained by proposing a quality model for the organization's administrative processes. The intention of the investigation is the effective processing of the information, in this way, the execution of processes and activities for each area becomes easier. In turn, a comprehensive management tool is determined that is effective, efficient and effective when processing common data in valuable information that serves in the decision making.
