LA CULTURA FINANCIERA EN LAS MIPYMES FAMILIARES, DEL CANTÓN AMBATO PROVINCIA DE TUNGURAHUA ECUADOR

Description: La base de la presente investigación, surge de cuestionar si las empresas familiares basan sus decisiones tomando en cuenta aspectos financieros o solamente utilizan la experiencia como factor principal. Con lo cual, se establece un estudio mixto cuanti-cualitativo con la aplicación de encuestas a empresas familiares del Cantón Ambato, para determinar el tipo de reportes, razones e indicadores financieros que utilizan para la toma de decisiones, así como su frecuencia de cálculo y la forma de reportar esta información a la gerencia. Se obtiene como resultado de esta primera fase, que en la mayoría de empresas si se realiza este análisis financiero y es necesario continuar con la investigación para lograr resultados más exhaustivos.
The basis of the present investigation, arises from questioning if the family companies base their decisions taking into account financial aspects or only use the experience as the main factor. Thus, a quantitative-qualitative mixed study is established with the application of surveys to Canton Ambato family businesses, to determine the type of reports, reasons and financial indicators used for decision-making, as well as their frequency of calculation and how to report this information to management. It is obtained as a result of this first phase, that in most companies if this financial analysis is performed and it is necessary to continue the research to achieve more exhaustive results.
