Los Derechos Humanos, universalmente reconocidos, requieren urgente atención y no pueden limitarse a formar de los textos constitucionales y legales de los Estados. En los actuales momentos, en que existe gran avance científico y tecnológico al servicio del hombre, los Derechos Humanos deben ser conocidos y respetados. En tal virtud, es importante la intervención de las organizaciones y estructuras supranacionales que promueven y defienden estos derechos, así como la participación activa de los ciudadanos a fin de que se cumpla de manera efectiva, más aun cuando nuestro país, de manera directa, afronta una crisis humanitaria como resultado del mal manejo político y social de Venezuela. Por tal motivo, la investigación desarrolla un estudio teórico en torno a los Derechos Humanos y el Derecho de Integración. Para tal efecto, se utilizan dos unidades de análisis, que guardan correspondencia con el tema de los Derechos Humanos, la primera y el Derecho de Integración, la segunda. El estudio se orienta al enfoque teórico con el objetivo de determinar aspectos importantes relacionados a los Derechos que son intrínsecos a la naturaleza humana. Para ello se emplea la investigación con enfoque cualitativo y de tipo descriptivoexplicativo.
Human Rights, universally recognized, require urgent attention and not be limited to being part of the constitutional and legal texts of the States. At present, when there is great scientific and technological progress at the service of man, Human Rights must be known and respected. In this virtue, it is important the intervention of supranational organizations and structures that promote and defend these rights, as well as the active participation of citizens in order to be effectively fulfilled, even more so when our country, in a direct way, faces a humanitarian crisis as a result of Venezuela's political and social mismanagement. For this reason, the research develops a theoretical study on Human Rights and Integration Law. To this end, two units of analysis are used, which correspond to the Human Rights issue, the first and the Law of Integration, the second. The study is oriented to the theoretical approach with the objective of determining important aspects related to Rights that are intrinsic to human nature. For
