La finalidad de este artículo es dar a conocer como la Actualización docente pedagógica interviene para alcanzar la calidad educativa en la Unidad Educativa Ambato. Su contenido comprende los aspectos más relevantes respecto a la calidad educativa y el rol del maestro con formación pedagógica actualizada. Este trabajo tiene como una de sus finalidades aportar en la toma de conciencia de los docentes en cuanto a la actualización y formación profesional, para lo cual ésta investigación se ha realizado con el afán de recoger las percepciones de docentes y estudiantes respecto al profesionalismo de los primeros y como en conjunto ven la calidad educativa en su institución, es importante informar que los datos fueron recogidos en el lugar antes mencionado directamente a través de técnicas e instrumentos debidamente estructurados y planificados. La investigación está diseñada para medir la calidad educativa en el área de ciencias naturales desde el punto de vista de la actualización docente, información que ha sido recogida a los estudiantes de cuarto a décimo año. Finalmente, éste ha sido un trabajo abordado desde múltiples aristas para entender la calidad educativa pero sintetizada de una forma concisa y clara para su rápido entendimiento.
The purpose of this article is to present teaching as pedagogical Update intervenes to achieve educational quality in Higher Education Unit Ambato. Andits content includes the most relevant aspects regarding the quality of education and the role of the teacher with updated teacher training. This work has as one of its aims to contribute to the awareness of teachers about the update and training. for which this research has been done in an effort to collect the perceptions of teachers and students regarding the professionalism of the former and as a whole see the quality of education at your institution, it is important to inform that the data were collected in the place above mentioned directly through techniques and instruments properly structured and planned. The research is designed to measure the quality of education in the area of natural sciences from the point of view of teacher updating information that has been gathered students from fourth to tenth year. Finally, this work has been approached from many angles to understand the quality of education but synthesized in a concise and clear way for quick understanding.
