GESTIÓN DOCUMENTAL BASADO EN SHAREPOINT PARA POTENCIAR LOS PROCESOS ACADÉMICOS DE LA PONTIFICIA UNIVERSIDAD CATÓLICA DEL ECUADOR - AMBATO

Description: En la presente investigación se resalta la importancia de implementar un sistema de gestión documental que cumpla con las expectativas del usuario final, se establece unas diferencias entre los procesos realizados manualmente y como pueden mejorar con la automatización de dichos procesos. Para ello se trabajó con SharePoint cuya implementación se hizo con una concepción de desarrollo bajo la metodología SCRUM que provee un marco de trabajo para la implementación de la aplicación en las unidades y secretarias de la PUCE Ambato, haciéndolo disponible en cualquier lugar y hora, con el fin de centralizar la información y que la documentación se encuentre segura y que se realicen los procesos principales de la universidad.
This research highlights the importance of implementing a document management system that meets the expectations of the end user, a comparison is made between the processes performed manually and how it can be improved with the automation of those processes. To this end, we worked with SharePoint, whose implementation was made with a development concept under the SCRUM methodology that provides a framework for the implementation of the application in the PUCE Ambato units and secretaries, making it available at any place and time, with the purpose of centralizing the information and that the documentation is safe and that they carry out the main processes of the university.
