DESARROLLO DE UNA APLICACIÓN MULTIPLATAFORMA PARA LA RECAUDACIÓN ECONÓMICA DE UNA JUNTA ADMINISTRADORA DE AGUA POTABLE

Description

El actual proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una aplicación multiplataforma para la recaudación económica de una Junta Administradora de Agua Potable. En base a las diferentes técnicas de recolección de información aplicada a la Junta Administradora de Agua Potable “El Progreso”, se desarrollaron entrevistas y encuestas para identificar los inconvenientes y necesidades institucionales, ya que no posee un sistema que permita realizar la sincronización de lecturas en tiempo real. Se utilizó la metodología UWE por su agilidad en el desarrollo y acoplamiento a los sitios web, con lo cual, se pudo identificar las diferentes fases de desarrollo y las mejores técnicas de programación web como son HTML5, .NET, JavaScript, CSS; llegando así, a tener un buen manejo de los módulos entre empleados, clientes y sectores. Para validarlo se realizó pruebas unitarias y cheklist de aceptación con los diferentes perfiles de usuario, con los cuales, se verificó el cumplimiento de los requerimientos.
The current research project aims to develop a multiplatform application for the economic collection of an Administrative Board of Drinking Water. Based on the different information collection techniques applied to the "El Progreso" Drinking Water Management Board, interviews and surveys were developed to identify institutional disadvantages and needs, since it does not have a system that allows the synchronization of readings in real time. The UWE methodology was used for its agility in developing and linking to web sites. This enabled us to identify the different stages of development and the best web programming techniques such as HTML5, .NET, JavaScript, CSS; thus, to have a good management of the modules among employees, customers and sectors. To validate it, unit tests and acceptance cheklist were performed with the different user profiles, with which, the fulfillment of the requirements was verified.
