Educaci?n Ambiental Intercultural: una estrategia did?ctica para el cuidado del ambiente en el sexto grado de la Unidad Educativa Comunitaria Intercultural Biling?e ?Sisid?

El presente trabajo de investigaci?n propone la Educaci?n Ambiental Intercultural (EAI) como base para un di?logo de saberes y la praxis comunitaria hacia una sensibilidad ambiental. Este principio se trabaj? en el sexto grado de Educaci?n General B?sica de la Unidad Educativa Intercultural Biling?e ?Sisid?. Como m?todo se emple? la Investigaci?n Acci?n Participativa (IAP) la cual est? compuesta de tres fases: diagn?stico, propuesta y aplicaci?n. Entre las t?cnicas e instrumentos de investigaci?n aplicados durante el proceso est?n: la entrevista semiestructurada y entrevista a profundidad, la observaci?n participante y el grupo focal, los mismos que permitieron diagnosticar y conocer la realidad ambiental y los saberes ambientales presentes en la Comunidad Educativa. El an?lisis de la informaci?n sigui? los preceptos definidos para la definici?n de las representaciones sociales. Partiendo del reconocimiento de las diversas percepciones sobre naturaleza, se determin? que en la comunidad todav?a persisten nociones que reconocen a la naturaleza como un todo, donde cada elemento interact?a y forma parte de ?l. Esto se ve reflejado en palabras de un participante que menciona: ?el medio ambiente es la pacha mama que viene a ser un todo e integra las plantas, los animales y las personas. Nadie es m?s o menos, todos vienen a ser como hermanos. El ambiente es parte de nosotros y somos parte de ?l?. Por lo tanto, esta investigaci?n tom? un sentido transversal, revitalizando los saberes ambientales y permeando los mismos en torno a una problem?tica ambiental seleccionada, que para el caso de Sisid fue el manejo de residuos s?lidos relacionados con el pl?stico. Esta reflexi?n nos ha llevado a construir actividades did?cticas que respondan a esta perspectiva intercultural en un constante di?logo de saberes, que permita generar un proceso de relaci?n afectiva en la poblaci?n estudiantil mediante el respeto y cuidado de la Pachamama- Madre Tierra, y fortalecer esa relaci?n intr?nseca ser humano - naturaleza. Finalmente se elabor? un folleto did?ctico pr?ctico que recoge todas las actividades did?cticas desarrolladas.
This research paper proposes Intercultural Environmental Education (EAI) as a basis for a dialogue of knowledge and community praxis towards sensitivity environmental. This principle was worked on in the sixth grade of Basic General Education of the Unidad Educativa Intercultural Biling?e ?Sisid?. As a method, the Participatory Action Research (IAP) was used, which is composed of three phases: diagnosis, proposal and application. Among the research techniques and instruments applied during the process are: the semistructure interview and in-depth interview, the participating observation and the focus group, the same ones that allowed to diagnose and to know the environmental reality and environmental knowledges present in the Educational Community. The analysis of the information followed the precepts defined for the definition of the social representations. Based on recognition of the various perceptions of nature, it was determined that notions still persist in the community that recognize nature as a whole, where each element interacts and is part of it. This is reflected in the words of a participant who mentions: ?the environment is the pacha mama that comes to be a whole and integrates the plants, the animals and people. No one is more or less, they all come to be like brothers. The environment is part of us and we are part of it.? So, this research took a cross-cutting sense, revitalizing environmental knowledges and permeating them around a selected environmental issue, that for Sisid's case was the handling of solid plastic-related waste. This reflection has led us to build didactic activities that respond to this intercultural perspective in a constant dialogue of knowledges, that allows to generate a process of affective relationship in the student population through the respect and care of the Pachamama- Madre Tierra, and strengthen that intrinsic relationship human being ? nature. Finally, practical teaching brochure was developed that includes all the didactic activities carried out.
