El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo: Elaborar un Programa de Intervenci?n en la resoluci?n de conflictos con estudiantes de segundo a?o de E.G.B, secci?n matutina, para prevenir la violencia dentro de la Instituci?n. La metodolog?a utilizada es activa, participativa, interactiva, y basada en el juego, siendo el alumno protagonista del aprendizaje, por ello se ha dado relevancia a la gesti?n del aula, ya que el docente proporcionar? un ambiente adecuado en el cual se efectuar?n las actividades, acorde a la edad del alumnado. Los resultados que se han podido visualizar han sido favorables dentro y fuera del aula clase, Sus representantes han dado un testimonio positivo sobre el comportamiento de sus representados. Se ha observado que el nivel de agresividad entre compa?eros ha disminuido notablemente. Esperamos implementar este programa de intervenci?n en toda la instituci?n para que tanto ni?os como j?venes utilicen estrategias adecuadas para resolver conflictos de forma pac?fica.
The present work has as its objective: To elaborate an Intervention Program in the resolution of conflicts with students of second year, morning section, to prevent violence within the Institution. The methodology used is Active, Participatory, Interactive, and based on the game, being the student the protagonist of learning, for this reason the Management of the classroom has been given relevance, since the teacher will provide an adequate environment in which the activities will be carried out. , according to the age of the students. The results that have been seen have been favorable inside and outside the classroom. Their representatives have given a positive testimony about the behavior of their represented. It has been observed that the level of aggressiveness among peers has decreased markedly. We hope to implement this intervention program throughout the institution so that both children and young people use appropriate strategies to resolve conflicts peacefully
