El objetivo de esta investigaci?n fue determinar los factores y causas de los estudiantes referentes a faltas continuas, bajo rendimiento y problemas de comportamiento en la Escuela ?Hip?lito Camba Ramos?. El estudio se bas? con m?todos cuantitativos y cualitativos. La investigaci?n fue de tipo exploratoria y descriptiva, se utiliz? un dise?o de Encuestas. La muestra que se seleccion? estuvo conformada por 5directivos, docentes y estudiantes. La recolecci?n de la informaci?n se la realz? aplicando un cuestionario de opini?n mezclando una l?gica deductiva e inductiva; los mismos que fueron validadas mediante la matriz de validaci?n respectiva. Para el an?lisis de la informaci?n se utiliz? la tabla de recolecci?n de datos y centrogramas.
The objective of this research was to determine the factors and causes of the students regarding continuous faults, poor performance and behavioral problems in the School "Hip?lito Camba Ramos". The study was based on quantitative and qualitative methods. The research was of exploratory and descriptive type, a survey design was used. The sample that was selected was made up of 5 directors, teachers and students. The collection of the information was enhanced by applying an opinion questionnaire mixing a deductive and inductive logic; the same ones that were validated through the respective validation matrix. For the analysis of the information the data collection table and centrograms were used.
