"Rethinking the design starts with the teacher. We teach according to how we are "(Blackshields 2016). The constant social transformations, the capitalist mode of production and the technological advances that occur today provides the need to rethink the musical education and professional training. This article analyzes the situation of the student and if he is ready to face the present time changes. A contextual analysis is developed on the pedagogical tools in the learning of music, determines a contribution to the education professional in improving and updating the teaching practice in order to understand the work environment, the reality and at the same time make decisions relevant for the benefit of the student. Finally, the importance of giving value to music education and the constant updating of knowledge is established.
“El repensar el diseño empieza por el profesor. Enseñamos según como somos” (Blackshields 2016, 316). Las constantes transformaciones sociales, el modo de producción capitalista y los avances tecnológicos que se producen en la actualidad dan la necesidad de repensar la enseñanza musical y formación profesional. El presente artículo analiza la situación del educando y si este se encuentra preparado para enfrentar los presentes cambios. Se desarrolla un análisis contextual sobre las herramientas pedagógicas en el aprendizaje de la música, determina un aporte al profesional de la educación en mejorar y actualizar la práctica de enseñanza con el fin de que pueda comprender el entorno laboral, la realidad y a la vez tomar decisiones pertinentes en beneficio del estudiante. Finalmente, se establece la importancia de dar valor a la educación musical y la constante actualización de conocimientos.
