THE EVALUATION OF THE QUALITY OF THE HALF TECHNICIAN'S LABOR FORMATION IN THE TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL TEACHING RESUMEN La presente ponencia ofrece los fundamentos teóricos para el desarrollo de la actividad pedagógica profesional del docente en la Educación Técnico y Profesional, al orientarlo hacia una cultura de evaluación de la calidad de la formación laboral. A partir de las insuficiencias encontradas en el análisis epistemológico sobre la temática en cuestión, la misma presenta y fundamenta la evaluación de la calidad de la formación laboral en la Educación Técnica y Profesional, donde se evidencia el tránsito por los términos de calidad, calidad de la educación, evaluación hasta llegar a la evaluación la calidad de la formación laboral en la Educación Técnica y Profesional donde es necesario concebir esta actividad como un proceso y resultado. También se revelan los principios que debe tener una evaluación que pretenda contribuir con la mejora de la calidad del proceso evaluativo de la formación laboral. ABSTRACT The present report offers the theoretical foundations for the development of the activity pedagogic professional of the educational one in the Education Technician and Professional, when guiding it toward a culture of evaluation of the quality of the labor formation. Starting from the inadequacies found in the theoretical analysis on the thematic one in question, the same one presents and it bases the evaluation of the quality of the labor formation in the Technical and Professional Education, where the traffic is evidenced by the terms of quality, quality of the education, evaluation until arriving to the evaluation the quality of the labor formation in the Technical Education and Professional where it is necessary to conceive this activity like a process and result. The principles are also revealed that should have an evaluation that seeks to contribute with the improvement of the quality of the process of evaluation of the labor formation.
