INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS AND THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SIGNIFICANT LEARNING OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTSRESUMENEl trabajo pretende analizar el desarrollo integral de los docentes y como estos contribuyen al aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes universitarios, para promover el desarrollo de habilidades y destrezas, y fortalecer su desarrollo integral. En el presente momento, no se desarrolla competencias profesionales, sino que aporta en los educandos nuevas competencias intelectuales, cambio de actitudes y una convivencia dentro de la sociedad vinculada con valores éticos y morales que permite relacionarnos con las personas y con el mundo en que vivimos. En la actualidad los docentes de la facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación mediante actualizaciones y perfeccionamiento académico logran que sus estudiantes desarrollen habilidades y destrezas, siendo estos capaces de aplicar métodos y técnicas que permitan alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.PALARBAS CLAVE: Formación Integral; ética; inteligencias múltiples.ABSTRACTThe paper aims to analyze the integral development of teachers and how they contribute to the significant learning of university students, to promote the development of skills and skills, and to strengthen their integral development. In the present moment, it does not develop professional competences, but it contributes in the students new intellectual competences, change of attitudes and a coexistence within the society linked with ethical and moral values that allows us to relate with the people and with the world in which we live. Nowadays, teachers of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Education Sciences through upgrades and academic improvement manage their students to develop skills and abilities, being able to apply methods and techniques to achieve the proposed objectives.KEYWORDS: Integral formation; ethics; multiple intelligences.
