DIDACTIC MANAGEMENT IN TEACHER PRACTICERESUMENEsta investigación centró su trabajo en conocer el desempeño de los docentes en las instituciones de educación superior de Babahoyo, para ello se diseñó un estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo el mismo que se aplicó a profesores, coordinadores y estudiantes, el objetivo fue conocer la incidencia de la formación pedagógica de los docentes para la gestión didáctica, se analizó los datos a través de tablas de frecuencia las que permitieron conocer las falencias y las dificultades que atraviesan los docentes en su desempeño, y que para mejorar es necesario implementar acciones, pues los resultados advierten que si no se toman correctivos oportunos, y los profesores no aplican estrategias en función del contexto, de los objetivos, de las asignaturas y de las diferencias individuales, las educación a este nivel tendrá bajos niveles de aceptación en el futuro.PALABRAS CLAVE: Currículo; Didáctica; Enseñanza Aprendizaje; Metodología; Pedagogía; Profesor.ABSTRACT This research focused on the performance of teachers in higher education institutions in Babahoyo. A qualitative and quantitative study was designed for teachers, coordinators and students. The objective was to know the incidence of Pedagogical training of teachers for didactic management, the data were analyzed through frequency tables which allowed to know the shortcomings and difficulties that teachers face in their performance, and that to improve it is necessary to implement actions, as the results warn That if no corrective action is taken and teachers do not apply strategies based on context, objectives, subjects and individual differences, education at this level will have low levels of acceptance in the future.KEYWORDS: Curriculum; Didactics; Teaching Learning; Methodology; Pedagogy; Teacher.
