(es-ES) RESUMEN Es el Reglamento de la LOSEP es el estudio central de este trabajo de titulación, respecto al procedimiento del Sumario Administrativo; En el que se ha podido apreciar, que no garantiza el debido proceso, derecho inherente de toda persona, con el análisis y criterio de la Ley y su Reglamento, se pone en consideración posibles reformas que contribuyen a la implementación del debido proceso. Este trabajo de investigación cuenta con tres capítulos: Capítulo 1. Marco Teórico: Refiere conceptos varios, derecho comprado, elementos y sujetos intervinientes en el sumario administrativo Capítulo 2. Metodología: Atreves de la cual se utilizó herramientas de investigación como la entrevista estructurada y el análisis de un estudio de caso. Capítulo 3. Propuesta: En base a todo lo revisado se concluye con nuestro aporte a través de una reforma a la normativa pertinente.
(en-EN) ABSTRACT It is the Regulation of the LOSEP is the central study of this titling work, regarding the procedure of the Administrative Summary; In which it has been possible to appreciate, which does not guarantee due process, inherent right of every person, with the analysis and criterion of the Law and its Regulations, it is possible to consider possible reforms that contribute to the implementation of due process. This research work has three chapters: Chapter 1. Theoretical Framework: Refers to various concepts, purchased law, elements and subjects involved in the administrative summary Chapter 2. Methodology: Through which research tools such as the structured interview and the analysis of a case study were used. Chapter 3. Proposal: Based on everything reviewed, we conclude with our contribution through a reform of the relevant regulations.
