Este artículo estudia la política exterior boliviana durante la década de los noventa e inicios del siglo XXI. Antonio Araníbar analiza los temas de la agenda internacional boliviana (política vecinal y reintegración marítima, cooperación internacional en la lucha contra el narcotráfico, e integración andina), los aportes de Bolivia a la agenda multilateral y se responde sobre las prioridades de la política exterior boliviana en los umbrales del siglo XXI.
This article studies Bolivia's international relations from the 1990s until the present Antonio Araníbar reflects upon the main topics of the Bolivian international agenda (neighbour policy, maritime reintegration, regional integration, and international cooperation on anti narcotise issues) and the Bolivian contribution to the region's multilateral agenda. The article includes with a discussion of the priorities of Bolivia's foreign policy for the 21st century.
