En el presente trabajo investigativo del diseño organizacional, tendrá como objetivo establecer funciones o lineamientos dentro de la Empresa Covalag S.A. con la finalidad de mejorar la gestión administrativa en coordinación con sus directivos y empleados de la organización estableciendo canales de comunicación para la obtención de un mejor control y evaluación de los procesos funcionales del área administrativa. El diseño organizacional que se desarrollará en la empresa permitirá obtener resultados positivos de acuerdo al análisis que se efectuó en la recolección de información, de acuerdo al problema establecido dentro de la investigación, en la cual se desarrolló un análisis FODA para conocer las falencias y oportunidades que cuenta la organización, también se realizara una proyección estratégica que permitirá contar con los principios de la estructura organizacional y el resultado de la efectividad del diseño organizacional para cada una de las gestiones de sus colaboradores de la organización. Es importante que cada organización cuente con un diseño organizacional porque mediante esta herramienta ayuda a que los directivos puedan cumplir con sus objetivos institucionales brindando a cada colaborador sus diferentes funciones o responsabilidades mediante el orgánico funcional y un modelo específico para alcanzar la eficiencia y eficacia con sus respectivos tiempos, recursos y procesos adaptándose a las necesidades de la empresa.
In this research work of organizational design, the objective will be to establish functions or guidelines within the company Covalag S.A. in order to improve the administrative management in coordination with its managers and employees of the organization, establishing communication channels to obtain a better control and evaluation of the functional processes of the administrative area. The organizational design that will be developed in the company will allow to obtain positive results according to the analysis that was carried out in the collection of information, according to the problem established within the research, in which a SWOT analysis was developed to know the shortcomings and opportunities that the organization has, also a strategic projection that will allow to have the principles of the organizational structure and the result of the effectiveness of the organizational design for each of the efforts of its employees of the organization will be carried out. It is important that each organization has an organizational design because through this tool it helps managers to meet their institutional objectives by providing each employee with their different functions or responsibilities through the functional organic and a specific model to achieve efficiency and effectiveness with their respective times, resources and processes adapted to the needs of the company.
