Propuesta de intervención arquitectónica aplicada a un caso de reconstrucción rupturista o falso arquitectónico en el centro histórico de Cuenca

El Patrimonio Arquitectónico en el Centro Histórico de Cuenca en los últimos años ha estado propenso a diversas intervenciones que atentan a sus características patrimoniales y de relación con la ciudad histórica, sin tomar en cuenta los lineamientos establecidos por la Ordenanza para Gestión y Conservación de las Áreas Históricas y Patrimoniales del Cantón Cuenca (2010) y los Determinantes Urbanos, en especial la categoría de valor Ambiental (A); por lo tanto, se generan reconstrucciones rupturistas o falsos arquitectónicos que transforman la imagen real de la arquitectura y la ciudad. Esta problemática resalta de forma particular en la parroquia San Sebastián, calle Convención del 45, donde se identifica la Casa Orellana, víctima de estas intervenciones; de ello, es indispensable promover la recuperación de sus características arquitectónicas y patrimoniales significativas mediante la construcción conceptual y análisis particular sobre este tipo de reconstrucciones y su influencia en el contexto urbano inmediato, como también de orientar intervenciones efectivas para la reincorporación a su categoría de valor, contexto inmediato y a la ciudad.
The Architectural Heritage in the Historical Centre of Cuenca in recent years has been prone to several interventions that threaten its heritage and regarding the historical city, without considering the guidelines established by the Ordinance for Management and Maintenance of Historical and Heritage Areas in the Canton of Cuenca (2010) and the Urban Determinants, especially in the category of Environmental Value (A); therefore, rupturistic or false architectural restorations are built which change the actual image of the architecture and the city. This problem stands out in a particular way in the parish of San Sebastián, on the Convención del 45 street, where Casa Orellana is distinguished, target of these interventions; it is essential to promote the rescue of its architectural features and significant assets through conceptual building and a particular analysis on such restorations and its influence in the immediate urban context, as well as a guide for efficient interventions for the reinstatement to their value category, immediate context and the city.
