El objetivo del presente trabajo teórico práctico tiene como objetivo realizar una auditoría informática al grupo Quirola empresa Agrícola EMAGRINSA, tomando como base el marco de trabajo propuesto por COBIT el cual permitirá alinear los objetivos de TI con las metas del negocio para que estas puedan ser cumplidas. \n \nEl presente trabajo teórico práctico consta de 5 capítulos que se describen a continuación:\n\nEl primer capítulo se describe lo que es un gobierno de TI el cual facilita que las empresas aprovechen al máximo su información, maximizando así los beneficios, capitalizando las oportunidades y ganando ventajas competitivas, además se define las necesidades que presenta generar un gobierno de TI dentro de la organización, también se describe el marco de referencia COBIT que es aquel que se usa para evaluar el departamento de informática de la empresa.\n\nEn el segundo capítulo se describe la metodología de implementación del gobierno de TI con COBIT es decir se darán a conocer las fases que toda auditoría debe tener en cuenta al momento de describir la ruta propuesta por COBIT, se detallan los pasos que tiene cada fase con sus respectivas tareas.\n\nEn el capítulo tres se realiza un enfoque práctico es decir en este capítulo es donde se va a desarrolla la auditoría informática con los pasos que se analizaron en el capítulo dos.\n\nEl capítulo cuatro contiene un plan de mejoras que da a conocer el estado actual de los procesos COBIT analizados y cuáles son las decisiones estratégica sobre los cambios que deben incorporarse a los diferentes procesos lo cual permitirá tener de una manera organizada, priorizada y planificada las acciones de mejora que necesita la empresa.\n\nEl capítulo cinco se trata de las conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas después de haber desarrollado el proyecto.
The aim of the present theoretical-practical work has as objective to carry out an audit Informatics in the group n Quirola EMAGRINSA agricultural company, on the basis of the framework of work proposed by COBIT which will allow you to align the IT objectives with the goals of the business to which these can be met.\nThis theoretical work practical consists of 5 chapters which are described below:\nThe first chapter describes what is a government of IT which makes it easier for companies to maximize their information, thereby maximizing the benefits, capitalizing on the opportunities and gaining competitive advantages, it also defines the needs that presents generate an IT governance within the organization, it also describes the COBIT framework of reference that is used to evaluate the informatics department of the Company.\nIn the second chapter describes the implementation methodology of Governments of IT with COBIT is say will be released the phases that any audit must take into account the time to describe the path proposed by COBIT, detailing the steps that you have each phase with their respective tasks.\nIn chapter three makes a practical approach that is to say in this chapter is where they are going to develop the IT audit with the steps that are analyzed in chapter two.\nChapter four contains an improvement plan that gives information on the current status of the COBIT processes are analyzed and which strategic decisions on the changes to be incorporated into different processes which will allow you to have in an organized way, prioritized and planned actions for improvement that you need the company.\nChapter five is the conclusions and recommendations obtained after having developed the audit Informatics.\n.
