El siguiente trabajo de tesis tiene como intención dar a conocer esta gran herramienta que es el OMS (outage management system) o sistema de gestión de apagones la cual tiene por objetivo informar, registrar, controlar, monitorear y medir el sistema eléctrico de distribución y subtransmisión, obteniendo un mapa georeferenciados de alta, media y baja tensión separándoles por colores cada una de las tensiones y poder tener una respuesta ante cualquier inconveniente de fallas eléctricas y archivándolas periódicamente en una base de datos históricas para análisis y el usuario acceder a ellas. \nCon la ayuda de este sistema podemos desplegar más rápidamente cuadrillas gracias al GIS de la empresa distribuidora, mejorando el tiempo de respuesta de restauración del servicio y proporcionar información precisa sobre el alcance de cortes y el número de clientes afectados.
The following thesis is intended to make this great tool is the OMS (outage management system) or outage management system which aims to inform, log, track, monitor and measure the electrical distribution system and subtransmisión, obtaining a georeferenced map of high, medium, low voltage separating them by color each of the tensions and to have an answer for any inconvenience electrical faults and filing them periodically on the basis of historical data for analysis and user access them. \nWith the help of this system we can deploy more quickly thanks to GIS crews of the distribution company, improving response time to restore service and provide accurate information on the scope of cuts and the number of customers affected information.
