El presente Trabajo de Investigación aborda el tema: Anteproyecto de intervención en la Plazoleta 10 de Agosto y Cabaña Municipal del Cantón Paute.\n\nLa principal causa de la intervención es el mal estado de la mencionada plazoleta, ya que desde su construcción no ha sido intervenida, con el pasar del tiempo los diferentes espacios se han deteriorado lo cual ha ocasionado que las personas y los turistas dejen de utilizar este equipamiento. Por lo tanto se propone intervenir y generar nuevos espacios, basados en aspectos sociales, culturales, materiales del lugar y estilos arquitectónicos nuevos.\n\nEl contenido expuesto a continuación se basa en la investigación de conceptos relacionados al anteproyecto, también se habla del turismo que influye directamente en el diseño actual y el resultado de dicho estudio es el rediseño del mismo que se ha propuesto, además de lo mencionado anteriormente, se ha tomado en cuenta aspectos generales para la intervención de la Plazoleta 10 de Agosto y Cabaña Municipal.\n\nLas características que se muestran en el Cantón: ubicación geográfica, temas sociales y culturales, las edificaciones y el paisaje y la normativa que regula la planificación de este tipo de equipamientos; su accesibilidad, la topografía, el estado en que se encuentra y el área de influencia inmediata, para finalizar se presentará una propuesta de intervención que cumpla con los resultados de la investigación, y en base a esto generar su tratamiento con elementos modernos pero, conservando su forma y estructura actual.
The present Work of Investigation approaches the topic: intervention preliminary design in the Plazoleta August 10 and Municipal Cabin of the Canton Averages.\n\nThe main cause of the intervention is the not well state of the aforementioned plazoleta, since from its construction it has not been intervened, with passing of the time the different spaces they have deteriorated that which has caused that people and the tourists stop to use this equipment. Therefore he/she intends to intervene and to generate new spaces, based on social, cultural aspects, materials of the place and new architectural styles.\n\nThe exposed content next is based on the investigation of concepts related to the preliminary design, it is also spoken of the tourism that influences directly in the current design and the result of this study is the I redraw of the same one that has intended, besides that mentioned previously, he/she has taken into account general aspects for the intervention of the Plazoleta August 10 and Municipal Cabin.\n\nThe characteristics that are shown in the Canton: geographical location, fear social and cultural, the constructions and the landscape and the regulatory scheme that it regulates the planning of this type of equipment; their accessibility, the topography, the state in that he/she is and the area of immediate influence, to be concluded will present an intervention proposal that fulfills the results of the investigation, and based on this to generate its treatment with modern elements but, conserving its form and current structure.
