Description: El objetivo del presente trabajo es transformar el lugar en un parque urbano abierto a la comunidad para el uso de sus habitantes y turistas e integrarlo a su entorno, a la vez desarrollar un polo cultural y turístico de escala nacional e internacional. Se busca definir y construir una visión actualizada y la cartera de iniciativas acorde a los desafíos que hoy enfrenta el sector Capillapamba
The objetive of the present work is transforming the place into an urban Park open to the community for the use of residenes and tourists and integate it into your environment, at the same time develop a cultural and tourist center of national and international.
