Las reacciones adversas refieren a una respuesta no deseada o invasiva del organismo hacia el uso de un fármaco, en este caso la dosis de la vacuna ante la Covid-19. Objetivo determinar las reacciones adversas post vacuna Covid-19, en la población adulta. Metodología estudio cualitativo con diseño fenomenológico, mediante revisión sistemática de estudios en base al método prisma. La búsqueda se realizó en diferentes bases de datos científicas como Google Académico, Scielo, Science Direct, Lilacs, BVS estudios relacionados con el tema. Resultados: Los tipos de vacunas más utilizadas de acuerdo a los estudios de revisión son la AstraZeneca, la Pfizer y Sinovac. Las reacciones adversas de la vacuna AstraZeneca fueron; fatiga de hasta un 75,9%, fiebre con un 41%, y dolor de articulaciones con un 48%. Pfizer ha producido porcentajes significativos en sus reacciones adversas presentando fatiga en un 59%, índices de dolor en la zona de inyección. Conclusión: De acuerdo con la revisión de artículos se ha podido constatar que la vacuna AstraZeneca ha sido la más utilizada y a la vez la que más reacciones adversas ha producido.
Introduction: Adverse reactions refer to an unwanted or invasive response of the organism towards the use of a drug, in this case, the COVID-19 vaccine dose. Objective: To determine the adult population’s adverse reactions after the COVID-19 vaccine. Methodology: Qualitative study with a phenomenological design utilizing a systematic review of studies based on the PRISMA method. The search was conducted in different scientific databases, such as Google Scholar, Scielo, ScienceDirect, LILACS, and BVS, with related investigations. Results: The most used types of vaccines, according to the review examinations, are AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Sinovac. The adverse reactions of the AstraZeneca vaccine were; fatigue up to 75.9%, fever at 41%, and joint pain at 48%. Pfizer has produced significant percentages in their adverse reactions presenting fatigue in 59% and pain rates at the injection site. Conclusion: According to the review of articles, it has been found that the AstraZeneca vaccine has been the most used and, at the same time, has produced the most adverse reactions.
