Regeneración del edificio de la Unidad Académica de Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura y Diseño de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca y estudio para dotación de energía mediante paneles solares

Description: Ante la problemática existente en el edificio de la Unidad Académica, es necesaria su remodelación, la misma que contempla el diseño arquitectónico, interiores y jardines. Estos se han planteado con el objetivo de cambiar el aspecto del edificio en general que evidentemente lo necesita, así como también se debe priorizar la funcionalidad y estética del mismo debiendo dar identidad a un lugar donde se forman futuros proyectistas.\nEl objetivo de este proyecto ha sido demostrar las falencias que tiene el edificio y proponer una regeneración tomando como base la estructura existente e implementar un sistema de energía mediante paneles solares.
By the problem that exist in the Academic Unit building, a remodeling is required that provide an architectural, interior and garden design. These are presented with the objective of change the appearance of building, and also should prioritize the functionality and esthetic of it, because it’s a place where futures professional are growing.\nThe objective of this project has been to show the failures that building has and propose a regeneration taking into account the actual structure and implement an energy system through solar panels.
