El presente anteproyecto está ubicado; en la ciudadela Las Orquídeas, cantón Cuenca, provincia del Azuay, junto a la Iglesia, con el fin de brindar un espacio a los niños de la catequesis, catequistas y grupo juvenil de la parroquia.\nEl Centro Hno. Miguel de formación y prevención tiene la misión de mejorar la situación de cada persona con riesgo de exclusión social, impulsando el desarrollo tanto individual como comunitario. Y con ello se ven en la necesidad de solucionar problemas arquitectónicos para el desempeño de diferentes actividades, como son: \na) El de incrementar espacios de aprendizaje debido a la demanda de niños en el sector.\nb) Un lugar de recreación para su distracción.\nc) Reubicar y rediseñar el escenario para mejorar la estética; con el fin de dar realce y mejor uso para eventos del mismo.\n\nEl siguiente “ANTEPROYECTO DE INTERVENCIÓN EN EL CENTRO DE FORMACIÓN Y DESARROLLO PARA LA PARROQUIA HERMANO MIGUEL”, en su espacio exterior pretende que la audiencia escuche, observe, participe y aprenda de los múltiples eventos a realizarse de manera confortable, segura y cómoda, en el área a intervenirse: el escenario, el patio interno, y en espacios internos en las aulas dando un auge y acogida a la comunidad y a las personas que la visiten, o se integren al centro. \n\nLos materiales que se utilizarán serán similares a los empleados anteriormente en las construcciones existentes y su diseño se acoplará continuando con el estilo contemporáneo perfilado.
The preliminary design is located at the ciudadela Las Orquideas, in Cuenca, Azuay province, next to the Church, to provide to children of the catechesis, catechists and juvenile group of the parish an space.\nThe Hermano Miguel Center of formation and prevention has the mission of improving the situation of every person at the risk of social exclusion, encouraging the development individual and communal. And need solve architectural problems to perform different activities as:\n\na) Increasing learning spaces due to children request at the sector\nb) A place of recreation for their distraction\nc) Relocating and redesigning the stage to improve the aesthetic and to highlight and to better use for some events.\n\nThe following ANTEPROYECTO DE INTERVENCIÓN EN EL CENTRO DE FORMACIÓN Y DESARROLLO PARA LA PARROQUIA HERMANO MIGUEL, on the outside pretends that the audience listen, look, participate and learn of the diferents events the most confortable way and safe. In the area to tap as: the scene, the courtyard, and the classrooms, giving prosperity to the community and all the persons that visit the place.\n\nThe materials that will be used are similar to the employees previously at the existing construction and their design will be of the same contemporany style in profile.
