El presente trabajo de investigación establece una metodología a seguir para la implementación de un Portal WEB para el Colegio Bachillerato Arenillas. La mencionada institución no dispone de un portal web que permita la automatización de los procesos, especialidades y carreras que poseen, sistemas de conversación para que sus usuarios puedan interactuar entre sí, que facilite la rápida integración entre el colegio y la sociedad.\nLa institución realiza sus actividades en dos secciones, diurna y nocturna, tiene aproximadamente 1000 estudiantes así como de profesores de tiempo completo y medio tiempo. Actualmente en la provincia de El Oro existen pocos colegios que disponen de un portal web para la oferta de sus especialidades por lo tanto también se desea que los servicios que ofrecen el colegio y sus modelos de funcionamiento se distribuyan a través del portal WEB, para mejorar la imagen hacia el exterior.\nPor otro lado, la implantación del portal WEB puede mejorar la imagen del colegio para así aumentar el número de alumnado que posee actualmente, por lo que la aplicación se complementa con dos módulos propuestos para la difusión de la información relacionada con la institución educativa.\nPor tanto, el objetivo principal del proyecto es facilitar a los alumnos el acceso a nuevas tecnologías y al mejor aprovechamiento de los TICs. De esta manera se mejora la imagen que oferta el colegio en varios ámbitos hacia la sociedad de la provincia y del país. \nPara cumplir con estos requisitos se utilizará en la aplicación el lenguaje de programación para estilos CSS, PHP y el sistema gestor de datos MySQL para generar contenidos dinámicos. Se utilizarán diferentes herramientas que ayuden a cumplir con los requerimientos especificados en el proyecto.\nEn el primer capítulo se detalla los conceptos fundamentales de las herramientas utilizadas, así como de otros temas de interés sobre el uso del internet en el país, la arquitectura de desarrollo, imágenes estadísticas, etc.\nEn el segundo capítulo se hace mención de toda la información relacionada de la institución que va a resultar beneficiada con el presente proyecto, como la ubicación geográfica, infraestructura física, estructura organizacional, especialidades, autoridades, etc. \nEn el tercer capítulo se detalla la arquitectura a usar: el análisis y diseño, se hizo las entrevistas al vicerrector, secretaria, inspector general, profesor de informática; en base a ello se detectaron los requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales, que sirvieron para poder elaborar los diagramas de caso de uso, clases, secuencia, colaboración, actividades.\nEl capítulo cuatro se refiere a las pruebas e implementación, donde se explica el funcionamiento de la aplicación de los módulos respectivos, y la implementación de la aplicación a nivel de localhost para su posterior publicación en la nube.
This research establishes a methodology for the implementation of a web portal for Arenillas Baccalaureate College. That institution does not have a website that allows automation of processes, majors and careers they have, conversation systems so that users can interact with each other, facilitating the rapid integration between the school and society.\nThe institution carries out its activities into two sections, day and night, has approximately 1,000 students and teachers full time and part time. Currently in the province of El Oro there are few schools that have a Web portal to offer their specialties therefore also want the services offered by the school and working models distributed through the web portal, to improve the image on the outside.\nFurthermore, the implementation of the web portal can improve the image of the school to increase the number of students who currently own, so the application is complemented by two modules proposed for the dissemination of information related to the school.\nTherefore, the main objective is to provide students access to new technologies and better use of ICT. Thus the image offered by the school in several areas to society in the province and the country is improved.\nTo meet these requirements the programming language for CSS, PHP and MySQL database management system will be used in the application to generate dynamic content. Different tools to help meet the requirements specified in the project will be used.\nIn the first chapter the fundamental concepts of the tools used is detailed, as well as other topics of interest about using the internet at home, architecture development, statistics images, etc.\nIn the second chapter mention all the related information of the institution that will be benefited by this project, such as geographic location, physical infrastructure, organizational structure, specialties, authorities etc. is made\nIn the third chapter using detailed architecture: analysis and design, interviews became the rector, secretary, general inspector, professor of computer science; based on that functional and non-functional requirements, which served to develop the use case diagrams, class, sequence, collaboration, activities were detected.\nChapter four refers to the testing and implementation, where the operation of the application of the respective modules is explained, and the implementation of wide application localhost for publication in the cloud.
