Esta investigación se realizó por la necesidad de los moradores de la Parroquia Principal que mediante varias peticiones a la Municipalidad del Cantón Chordeleg, en la administración de su actual presidente.\n\n El propósito de este anteproyecto es de dotar de un establecimiento digno y cómodo para sus habitantes ya que en la actualidad, encuentran muchas dificultades para lograr una atención médica propia de un ser humano, teniendo que pasar muchas incomodidades tanto para sus habitantes como para sus médicos tratantes por tener espacios muy pequeños los cuales causan mucho malestar.\n\n Este anteproyecto está basado en una nueva tecnología la cual permite que éste equipamiento se acople armónicamente con la naturaleza sin causar una agresión hacia ella, también con la utilización de materiales comunes de la zona lo cual representa un gasto que se puede cubrir con una buena planificación, como también de dotar vanos grandes los cuales generan un ahorro energético, también está para crear un nuevo tipo de construcción en donde se debe aprovechar al máximo todos los recursos que se encuentren a su alrededor como también la reutilización de los materiales
This research was conducted by the need of the inhabitants of the Principal Parish to multiple requests by the City of Canton Chordeleg , in the administration of the current president .\n\n The purpose of this bill is to provide a dignified and comfortable for its inhabitants establishment as at present, are very difficult to achieve a proper medical attention from a human being , having to spend a lot of discomfort for its inhabitants and their doctors traffickers have very small spaces which cause much discomfort.\n\n This draft is based on a new technology which allows it to engage equipment harmoniously with nature without causing aggression towards her , also with the use of common materials in the area which represents an expense that can be covered with good planning , as well as give you great openings which generate energy savings , is also to create a new type of construction where you should take advantage of all the resources that are around you and also the reuse of materials
