Auditoria de sistemas informáticos en la Empresa Alfatv Cable S.A. dedicada al área de telecomunicaciones en Quito para el año 2018

Description: El presente trabajo tiene como objeto realizar una Auditoría de sistemas en Alfatv Cable S.A., con metodología Cobit 5 la cual nos entregará información del estado en que los procesos se encuentra y su nivel de capacidad para aplicar las actividades recomendadas en Cobit 5 y mejorar el estado de los mismos. Para realizar el trabajo de investigación se hará un levantamiento de información en el departamento de TI en la empresa. Después se realizará un mapeo de las metas empresariales y de Cobit 5 para poder conocer los procesos que necesitan ser auditados y obtener las métricas para poder generar conclusiones y recomendaciones
The objective of this paper is to carry out a systems audit in Alfatv Cables S.A., using the Cobit 5 methodology, which will provide us with information on the state in which the processes are located and their level of capacity to apply the recommended activities in Cobit 5 and improve the state thereof. To do the research work, an information survey will be done in the IT department in the company. Then a mapping of business goals and Cobit 5 will be done to know the processes that need to be audited and obtain the metrics to generate conclusions and recommendat
