El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en el Diseño de un Sistema de Control Interno Financiero para la empresa Combustibles y Afines Barba y Vizcarra S.A., se pudo determinar que la empresa no cuenta con una estructura organizacional definida, lo que ha ocasionado ineficiencia en las áreas de la misma. En el diseño del sistema de control interno se analizara y evaluará los componentes del COSO II, con el fin de determinar falencias existentes para corregirlas de forma oportuna y poder aplicar procesos que mejoren la eficacia del área de ventas y de compras de la empresa, así se obtendrá información confiable y oportuna para la toma de decisiones por parte de la gerencia. Adicionalmente se establecerá la estructura organizacional para la empresa, ya que esta herramienta le permitirá plantear y cumplir los objetivos.
This investigation is for the Design of the Internal Financial Control System for the company COMBUSTIBLES Y AFINES BARBA Y VIZCARRA S.A. We were able to determine that the company doesn´t have a defined organizational structure and it created inefficiencies in different areas of the company. The design of the system of the internal controls the components of COSO II, will be analyzed and evaluated with the objective of determining the problems and correct them in time and apply processes that increase the efficiency in the sales and buying department of the company. They can get reliable information and timely for the decision-making of management. Additionally the organizational structure of the company will be made, because it is a tool that will allow setting and achieving the objectives.
