SUVIATOUR CIA LTDA es una empresa especializada en la coordinación, operación, emisión y comercialización de programas turísticos dentro y fuera del país, al ser el sector turístico uno de los principales motores de la economía con más expectativas de crecimiento a mediano y largo plazo la agencia necesita una reestructuración en sus procesos actuales, con el fin de posicionarse en un mercado cada vez más exigente y para potenciar a la industria turística en el Ecuador. Un sistema de gestión permite organizar y medir cada uno de los procesos financieros y administrativos , con el fin de detectar errores y tomar decisiones oportunas , al implementar el sistema propuesto la empresa tendrá una guía para que sus procedimientos se hagan con objetividad , eliminando los errores o demoras en la ejecución de actividades, y al mismo tiempo medir el impacto y tomar acciones correctivas, los beneficios al aplicar la propuesta se verán reflejados claramente en cifras, con una mayor rentabilidad y un ambiente de trabajo mejor organizado.
SUVIATOUR CIA LTDA is a company specialized in the coordination, operation, issuance and commercialization of tourist programs inside and outside the country, as the tourist sector is one of the main engines of the economy with more expectations. Decrease in the medium and long term goals, the agency needs a restructuring in its current processes, in order to position itself in an increasingly demanding market and to strengthen the tourist industry in Ecuador. A management system allows organizing and measuring for each of the financial and administrative processes, in order to detect errors and make timely decisions. By implementing the proposed system, the company will have a guide so that its procedures are done objectively, eliminating errors or delays in the execution of activities, and at the same time measuring the impact and taking corrective actions. The benefits when applying the proposal will be reflected clearly in figures, with greater profitability and a better organized work environment.
