La presente investigación se origina del problema: Falencias en control de los inventarios en la empresa Esersum. Con el cual analizaremos los procesos de compra y venta y manejo de inventarios que se desea mejorar. Determinar funciones y responsabilidades con las que debe contar el personal, que le permitan ejecutar el trabajo de manejo de inventario. Todos estos fundamentos fueron sometidos a un análisis mismo que se obtuvo como resultado la propuesta como el diseño del modelo de control de inventarios la cual está establecido, por los diversos procesos que maneja la empresa: proceso de obtención/ adquisición, recepción y devolución de inventarios. Diseñando sistemas y políticas de control de inventarios alineadas a las leyes. Finalmente, se termina con las debidas conclusiones y recomendaciones donde se recalca la necesidad de implementar el modelo propuesto para Esersum y de este modo fortalecer el control sobre sus inventarios.
The present investigation originates from the problem: Failures in control of inventories in the company Esersum. With which we will analyze the buying and selling processes and inventory management that they need to improve. Determine roles and responsibilities that the staff must have, that allow them to execute inventory management work. All these fundamentals were subjected to an analysis that was obtained as a result of the proposal as the design of the inventory control model which is established by the various processes that the company manages: process of obtaining / acquiring, receiving and returning inventories. Designing inventory control systems and policies aligned with the laws. Finally, it concludes with the appropriate conclusions and recommendations which emphasize the need to implement the proposed model for Esersum and in this way strengthen control over their inventories.
