Description: El trabajo de investigación realizado, presenta un análisis de la situación actual de la cooperativa de taxis Turismo Amazonas, se investigó el macro y micro ambiente, encontrando como problema la falta de organización contable, por lo que se ha generado la Propuesta de Implementación de un Sistema Contable, para que trabaje bajo un sistema de procesos que permita que la cooperativa incremente al máximo su eficiencia y competitividad, así lograr que se desarrolle la iniciativa, responsabilidad y creatividad de todos los socios, gerente y presidente.
The research work presents an analysis of the current state of Amazonas Tourism taxi cooperative, it was investigated the macro and micro environment, finding as a problem the lack of accounting organization, which has generated the Proposed Implementation of an Accounting System, to work under a system of processes that allow the cooperative to increase the maximum efficiency and competitiveness and make the initiative, responsibility and creativity of all members, manager and president, the actual date information is developed will incur for proper decision making.
