La Auditoría de gestión por los beneficios que ofrece a la alta dirección para la toma de decisiones es una herramienta primordial en las empresas, tiene como objetivo principal optimizar el control interno para reducir los posibles riesgos en los que puede estar inmersa una empresa de cualquier naturaleza. Es el caso de las Instituciones Educativas que son la base principal de la sociedad por su responsabilidad de brindar una formación de calidad y calidez a los niños, niñas y jóvenes de la nación que serán los responsables de velar por el país en un futuro próximo, razón por la cual este trabajo se enfoca en evaluar el sistema de control interno mediante una Auditoría a la Gestión El objetivo general del proyecto de tesis, es la realización de una auditoría de gestión como una herramienta de evaluación la misma que nos permitirá medir el grado de eficiencia, eficacia y calidad de los recursos utilizados en la institución educativa, permitiéndome de esta manera obtener una visión sistemática y estratégica de la situación actual del establecimiento.
The management audit by the benefits offered to senior management for decision-making is a primary tool in companies, and whose main objective is to optimize the internal control to reduce potential risks that a business of any nature may be immersed. This is the case of the educational institutions which are the cornerstone of society by their responsibility to provide quality training and warmth to children and youth of the nation who will be responsible for ensuring the country in the near future. That is why this work focuses on assessing the internal control system by a Management Audit. The overall aim of the thesis project, is conducting a performance audit as an assessment tool which will allow us to measure the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the resources used in the educational institution, allowing in this way get a systematic and strategic vision of the current situation of the establishment.
