La Cooperativa de Vivienda Los Retoños tiene como objetivo principal la satisfacción de las necesidades habitacionales de sus socios, en entornos favorables para la reproducción de la vida; en base al Financiamiento propio por sus socios, ha logrado realizar sus Obras de infraestructura, para el desarrollo y la terminación de sus objetivos se requiere que la información financiera que se presenta a la SEPS, sea base fundamental en la toma de decisión, cumpliendo con lo requerido por este ente regulador, y la vez sirva como herramienta a los directivos de la Cooperativa En el desarrollo de las líneas estratégicas permitirá el logro de la Visión, fortalecerá las gestiones de cobranzas, las asesorías profesionales; fomentará la capacitación de Directivos y empleados; facilitará entre los integrantes de la Cooperativa de Vivienda Los retoños de los Servidores del MAG, una comunicación fluida y transparente, de modo que todos tengan oportunidad de expresar sus criterios, reflexiones, experiencias, críticas y sugerencias en pro del continuo fortalecimiento de la Cooperativa.
