La empresa Servitextiles ubicada en la ciudad de Quito, Av. Maldonado 10154 y pasaje a4, se dedica a la elaboración de bordados computarizados para diferentes clientes éntrelos principales están: OMC JEANS, DILIPA, COEDA. Debido a que “Servitextiles” está presentando problemas al realizar sus productos se realizar un análisis interno de la empresa y se llega a determinar que las errores más frecuentes se encuentran dentro del área del manejo de materia prima y producto terminado por lo que se produce perdidas de los materiales, razón por la cual se presenta este trabajo para obtener un mejor control en los inventarios y a través de las recomendaciones que se realiza minimizar las perdidas y faltantes de materia prima. En el desarrollo de este trabajo es necesario comprender que para tener el producto terminado se lleva a cabo un proceso con diferentes etapas en las cuales se debe tener un control específico para evitar pérdidas, para lo cual se propone un sistema de control de inventarios dentro del área de todo el proceso de elaboración de los bordados y que de esta manera nos permitirá direccionar la materia prima necesaria para la elaboración del producto
The company Servitextiles, located in the city of Quito, Av. Maldonado 10154 y pasaje A4, is dedicated to make computerized embroideries for different clients, being the main ones: OMC Jeans, Dilipa, Coeda.As Servitextiles is presenting problems making its products, it was carried out an internal analysis of the company and it was determined that the most common errors are in handling raw material and finished products and the loss of material. For that reason this research aims at obtaining a better control in the inventories and, through the recommendations made, minimizing the losses of the raw material. In the development of this work it is necessary to understand that finishing the product requires different stages. Each stage must have a specific control to avoid losses; this is why it is proposed an inventory control system in the area of elaboration of the embroideries and in this way direct the needed raw material for the elaboration of the product.
