El presente proyecto de Investigación se aborda el estudio de: Renta originada del cometimiento de un delito y su incidencia Política, Económica y Social en el Ecuador, como consecuencia a los innumerables casos de rentas ocasionados por cohecho, concusión, peculado y enriquecimiento ilícito por parte de algunos servidores Públicos y bajo la complicidad de Empresas Privadas Esta investigación se caracteriza por ser principalmente un análisis a los factores que ocasionan el problema y las incidencias que se producen en los sectores anteriormente mencionados para que de alguna manera se llegue contrarrestar este tipo de actividades ilegales. Pero también es importante revisar las legislaciones de Colombia, Perú, Argentina y España con el fin de poder compararla con nuestra legislación y así determinar qué acciones han tomado para neutralizar las actividades ilícitas que perjudican al Estado, para poder comprender, aprender y aplicarlo a la realidad de nuestra legislación y sancionar de alguna manera a las personas involucradas con el afán de tratar de frenar el crecimiento de estas prácticas ilegales.
This research project addresses the study of: Income Originated from the commission of a crime and its political, economic and social impact in Ecuador, as a result of the countless cases of incomes caused by bribery, concussion, embezzlement and illicit enrichment by of some Public Servants and under the complicity of private companies. This research is characterized by being mainly an analysis of the factors that cause the problem and the incidents that occur in the aforementioned sectors in order to somehow counteract this type of illegal activities. But it is also important to review the laws of Colombia, Peru, Argentina and Spain to compare it with our legislation and thus determine what actions have been taken to neutralize the illicit activities that harm the State, to understand, learn and apply it to the reality of our legislation and be able to punish in some way the people involved with the desire to try to stop the growth of these illegal practices.
