El presente proyecto de investigación se realizó con el fin de dar a conocer la utilización del molino de granos secos para la producción de harinas de trigo y de maíz en el Cantón San Miguel y su posterior comercialización en la ciudad de Riobamba, lo cual contribuirá al desarrollo de la agricultura en donde se encuentra ubicada la empresa molinera porque beneficiará a los productores minoristas que se dedican a la productividad agrícola. Se realizó un análisis del mercado donde se venderá las harinas, analizando la competencia y las variaciones en el precio de cada una de las harinas en el mercado objetivo. Adicionalmente se analizaron varios aspectos relevantes en el entorno de la empresa, tales como el estudio técnico, organizativo, económico financiero y la evaluación del proyecto, para el financiamiento de la empresa. Por tal situación se concluye que el proyecto es factible.
The present research project was carried out in order to make known the use of the dry grain mill for the production of wheat and corn flours in the San Miguel Cantón and its subsequent commercialization in the city of Riobamba, which will contribute to the development of agriculture where the milling company is located, because it will benefit the retail producers that are dedicated to agricultural productivity. An analysis of the market where the flours will be sold was carried out, analyzing the competition and the variations in each of the flour prices in the target market. In addition, several relevant aspects of the company's environment were analyzed, such as the technical, organizational, economic-financial study and the evaluation of the project, for the financing of the company. Due to this situation, it is concluded that the project is feasible.
