Trabajo de Investigación sobre Psicología Industrial, específicamente, sobre endeudamiento, salud y desempeño laboral. El objetivo fundamental es identificar el nivel de sobre endeudamiento y su influencia en la salud y el desempeño laboral de los servidores municipales de la Dirección Metropolitana de Recursos Humanos del Municipio de Quito. La hipótesis plantea que: a mayor sobre endeudamiento, mayor es el nivel de estrés y menor es el desempeño laboral del servidor. El fundamento teórico: Jerarquía de las necesidades humanas de Abraham Maslow, siendo su principal aporte a la comprensión de la conducta del consumidor el hecho de que dichas necesidades no se presentan con el mismo grado de intensidad para los individuos, y que se presentan bajo una estructura multidimensional es decir en permanente interacción y movilidad unas respecto a las otras. Investigación, correlacional, no experimental. La conclusión general refiere que a mayor endeudamiento existe mayor nivel de estrés, pero esto no influye en el desempeño laboral; y se recomienda a los servidores, tener un grado mayor de responsabilidad de administración de sus ingresos, para evitar niveles de estrés altos.
Investigation Project on Industrial Psychology specifically about over indebtedness, health and job performance. Its main objective is to identify the level of over indebtedness and its influence on health and job performance of municipal employees of Quito Human Resources Metropolitan Municipality. The hypothesis is that: the higher over indebtedness, the higher the level of stress and lower job performance of the employees. The theoretical foundation: Hierarchy of human needs of Abraham Maslow, whose main contribution to the understanding of consumer behavior is that those needs are not presented with the same degree of intensity for all individuals, thus presented under multidimensional structure that is in constant interaction and mobility with respect to each other. Co-relational, non-experimental Investigation. The general conclusion states that higher debts, higher level of stress, but this does not affect job performance, and it is recommended that employees have a greater degree of responsibility for managing their income so as to avoid high stress levels.
