La empresa TC AUDIT TRUJILLO & ASOCIADOS CÍA. LTDA., fue inscrita en el Registro Mercantil el 18 de mayo del 2016 en la ciudad de Quito D.M. provincia de Pichincha, y constituida notarialmente el 12 de mayo de 2016. Esta empresa nace para dar continuidad a “ASESORES TRIBUTARIOS LEGALES CÍA. LTDA.–ASTRILEG CÍA LTDA.–”. En la actualidad la empresa necesita un evaluación administrativa y financiera, como base para un diagnóstico situacional que sirva para realizar un mejoramiento en su sistema de gestión administrativo financiero. TC AUDIT TRUJILLO & ASOCIADOS CÍA. LTDA., brinda servicios de Auditoría de las cuentas financieras y cualquier servicio de Auditoría Externa en General, así como otras actividades de contabilidad, teneduría de libros, Auditoría, y consultoría fiscal, entre otros servicios de asesoría profesional en los campos de Leyes, Contabilidad, Economía, Finanzas y Recursos Humanos. TC AUDIT TRUJILLO & ASOCIADOS CÍA. LTDA es una empresa que está posicionada en el mercado, cuyo principal objetivo es crecer y seguir expandiéndose y brindando servicios de alta calidad generando valor agregado en el desempeño con sus clientes, así como un mejoramiento continuo en los procesos y procedimientos internos que conlleven el desarrollo de su actividad económica. En base a lo señalado con anterioridad, se ha realizado un estudio y evaluación del sistema administrativo financiero que ha venido manejando la empresa TC AUDIT TRUJILLO & ASOCIADOS CÍA. LTDA, para realizar una propuesta de mejoramiento al mismo. La incorporación de un mejoramiento en el modelo de gestión administrativo-financiero, permite diseñar una estructura organizativa y financiera que se ajuste a las necesidades de la empresa y esta su vez a las áreas y los departamentos con el fin de alcanzar eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad en la organización.

Based on the foregoing, a study and evaluation of the financial administrative system that the company has been working with has been carried out. TC AUDIT TRUJILLO & ASOCIADOS CÍA. LTDA, to make a proposal for improvement of it.
