El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en un Sistema de Gestión para el Área Administrativa Financiera de la Empresa de Seguridad Privada Armijos & Correa Cía. Ltda. En donde se pudo determinar que la empresa no cuenta con un sistema de gestión administrativo- contable que indique cómo actuaría la organización frente a los cambios diversos por los factores externos del mercado, para la correcta y oportuna toma de decisiones, la falta de esto ha ocasionado ineficiencia en las diferentes áreas. En el área administrativa se pretende mostrar cómo funciona el sistema como tal mediante la utilización de estrategias administrativas- financieras que permitan mejorar las ratios de eficiencia de la empresa. Adicionalmente se establecerá la estructura organizacional para la empresa ya que de esta manera le permitirá plantear y cumplir con los objetivos. Mientras que en el área financiera se analizará el escenario base y se proyectará el presupuesto maestro en base al porcentaje de crecimiento del sector de seguridad privada, para la implementación del sistema que indicará como está funcionando la organización, para medir el uso correcto de los recursos. Así se obtendrá información confiable y oportuna para la toma de decisiones por parte de la gerencia.
This research project consists of a management system for the administrative and financial area of the private security company Armijos & Correa Cía. Ltda. It was determined that the company does not have an administrative-accounting management system that could lead the course of the company in case of different changes due to external market factors, which has resulted in inefficiency in different areas. The idea is to show in the administrative area how the system Works through the use of administrative-financial strategies that allow to improve the efficiency of the company. Also, it shall be stablish an organizational structure for the company, as it will aid set and fulfill the objectives. In the financial area, it shall be assessed the scenario and the budget shall be projected based on the percentage of growth in the private security arena, in order to implement the system that will show the performance of the company, and properly evaluate the use of the resources. In this manner it will be obtained reliable and appropriate information for the decision making process to be carried out by the management.
