Description: El objetivo principal de ésta investigación, es la propuesta de un Diseño de un Manual de Control Interno Administrativo a la Inmobiliaria CORBAL Cía. Ltda., con el fin de obtener una mejora en sus procesos, actividades y en la toma de decisiones, es necesario implementar este manual en los Departamentos de Compras Locales, Inventarios, Mercadeo, Recursos Humanos y Servicio al Cliente, obteniendo eficiencia y eficacia en el logro de sus objetivos. El control interno es una herramienta que permite obtener resultados e información oportuna y eficaz, a través del cumplimiento de la misión, visión y objetivos establecidos por la Inmobiliaria.
The main objective of this research is to propose a design for an Internal Control Administrative Manual for Corbal Cía. Ltda, Real Estate Agency. In order to obtain an improvement in their procedures, activities and decision making, it is necessary to implement a manual for the Local Purchasing, Inventory, Marketing, Human Resources and Customer Service departments, to increase efficiency and effectiveness in achieving its objectives. Internal control is a tool that delivers results and timely effective information, through the fulfillment of the mission, vision and objectives set by the Real Estate Agency.
