La empresa Actea Desarrollo de Soluciones Cía. Ltda., se creó el 07 de noviembre del año 2013, la empresa es una unión de Ayesa Advanced Technologies S.A., de nacionalidad española y domiciliada legalmente en Ecuador y la Constructora Sevilla y Martínez Ingenieros C.A. SEMAICA, de nacionalidad ecuatoriana, gracias a la visión de sus Gerentes de unir esfuerzos, conocimientos y trabajar conjuntamente con un fin en común, la actividad principal de Actea es de consultoría en temas relacionados en informática además de brindar Asesoramiento y gestión combinados. Actea es una empresa recién constituida y debe cumplir con la legislación ecuatoriana, para ser una empresa confiable y eficiente, por lo que el directorio ve como tema de importancia implementar la Seguridad Industrial en la compañía con el fin de prevalecer la integridad de los trabajadores, así aseguramos los mejores procedimientos y defunción de mejores conocimientos para minimizar los riesgos laborales que pueden afectar la salud, accidentes y otros temas relacionados con la Seguridad Industrial producidos en las actividades diarias Actea Desarrollo de Soluciones Cía. Ltda., ubicada en el Norte del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, sustentándose en el Art. 326, numeral 5 de la Constitución del Ecuador, en Normas Comunitarias Andinas, Convenios Internacionales de OIT, Código del Trabajo, Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud de los Trabajadores y Mejoramiento del Medio Ambiente de Trabajo y Acuerdos Ministeriales, tiene la necesidad de implementar un SISTEMA DE SEGURIDAD INDUSTRIAL EN LA EMPRESA ACTEA DESARROLLO DE SOLUCIONES CÍA. LTDA.
Actea Desarrollo de Soluciones Cía. Ltda. was created on November 7, 2013. The company is a union of Ayesa Advanced Technologies S.A. of Spanish nationality and lawfully entering domiciled in Ecuador and Constructora Sevilla y Martinez Ingenieros C.A. SEMAICA of Ecuadorian nationality; thanks to the vision of its managers to join their efforts, knowledge and work together with a common purpose. Actea main activity is consulting on issues in computer technologies, in addition to providing advice and management combined. Actea is a newly established company and must comply with Ecuadorian law to be a reliable and efficient company, so that the board sees as the major issue the implementation of Industrial Safety in the company in order to prevail the integrity of workers. Thus, we ensure the best procedures and in terms of improving knowledge for minimal occupational hazards that may affect health, accidents and other issues related to industrial safety produced in daily activities. Actea Desarrollo de Soluciones Cía. Ltda. located in northern Metropolitan District of Quito based on the Art. 326 paragraph 5 of the Constitution of Ecuador, in the Andean Community Standards, International Conventions ILO Labor Code, Regulations on Safety and Health of Workers, Improving Work Environment and Ministerial Agreements; has the need to implement a DESIGN TO IMPLEMENT AN INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SYSTEM IN THE COMPANY ACTEA DESARROLLO DE SOLUCIONES CIA. LTDA.
