En la actualidad las empresas que se dedican a la actividad de la construcción no cuentan con manuales de procedimientos establecidos, esta es una de las razones por las cuales las empresas funcionan de forma deficiente y se les presentan de forma continua los problemas y cualquier tipo de inconveniente, debido a todas estas a todas estas situaciones en el presente trabajo de investigación se propone una sistema contable. Al implementar un sistema contable en las empresas que se dedican a la actividad de la construcción se reflejara un cambio total en las organizaciones, debido a que se llevar un mayor de todas las actividades y funciones del personal que se desempeña en la parte contable. Es necesario que se lleve un control de forma periódica, todo esto permitirá disminuir la cantidad de errores que se puedan presentar y se solucione en el tiempo oportuno, también permitirá que la máxima autoridad tome decisiones de forma eficiente y efectiva, se optimice los recursos y se obtenga resultados óptimos de forma inmediata.
Nowadays the companies which are involved to the construction activities don’t count with procedures manuals established, this one of the reasons whereby the companies work of a deficient way and there are continuously problems and any kind of drawback, due to all these situations in the present research work it intends a accounting system. To implement an accounting system in the companies which dedicate to the construction activity, it will reflect a total change in the organizations, because it carries the major of the activities and functions of the staff who perform in the accounting part. It`s necessary that there is a control of a periodic way, all this will allow to decrease the amount of mistakes which can be present and they are resolved at the right time, also it will allow that the highest authority takes decisions of an efficient way and effective. The means are optimized and it gets optimal results of an immediate way.
