La vital importancia de establecer controles efectivos en el Área de Inventarios consiste en maximizar las utilidades pues las medidas de control permitirán evitar que las mermas o desperdicios afecten significativamente a las ganancias. La presente investigación sobre la “Propuesta de un Sistema de Control Interno para inventarios en el Supermercado Santa Clorinda ubicado en la Parroquia de Pintag”, tiene como objetivo el fortalecimiento del control interno efectivo que permita reducir o mitigar a un nivel aceptable el riesgo de no alcanzar los objetivos institucionales. La propuesta va dirigida a determinar los aspectos negativos que se presentan en el Área de Inventarios, sobre los cuales se tomarán acciones correctivas siguiendo las debidas recomendaciones propuestas a fin de contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos llevados a cabo en el área.
Vitally important in providing effective controls for the inventory area, consisting in maximizing profits. Control measures will prevent that decreases or wastes significantly affect profits. The current investigation on the “Proposal for an Inventories Internal Control System for Supermercado Santa Clorinda Located in Pintag Parish”, is intended to strengthen to obtain the effective internal control to reduce or mitigate to an acceptable level the risk of not attaining institutional objectives. The proposal is intended to determine negative aspects occurring in the inventory are, on which corrective actions will be taken. Recommendations are posed in order to contribute to a continuous improvement of processes being conducted in such area.
