En el desarrollo de esta tesis se ha podido identificar que el principal problema de la IMPRENTA SOLUCIONES GRÁFICAS INTEGRALES es, que no cuenta con Procedimientos Administrativos –Financieros que le permita a la gerencia planificar, organizar y establecer control de las operaciones administrativas - financieras, lo que constituye un limitante que impide aprovechar al máximo los recursos disponibles. Para dar solución a este problema se realiza un diagnóstico situacional el cual ayuda a identificar el origen, causas y efectos del problema, con este antecedente se crea la Propuesta de esta Tesis, basada en la necesidad que tiene IMPRENTA SOLUCIONES GRÁFICAS INTEGRALES, de encontrar una solución oportuna que permita promover acciones correctivas, el uso adecuado de los recursos, optimización de tiempo, disminución de errores y retrasos, agilidad en el desarrollo de las actividades, en conclusión el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos planteados por la gerencia de la IMPRENTA SOLUCIONES GRÁFICAS INTEGRALES.
In developing this thesis, the main problem of the PRINTING COMPANY “SOLUCIONES GRAFICAS INTEGRALES” has been identified: it does not have financial or administrative procedures that allow management to plan, organize and establish control of administrative and financial operations, which it is a limitation that prevents to take advantage of available resources. To solve this problem, a situational analysis which would help identify the origin, causes and effects of the problem, with this background the proposal of this thesis, based on the needs of PRINTING COMPANY “SOLUCIONES GRAFICAS INTEGRALES” has been done. Timely solution that allows corrective actions to promote the proper use of resources, time optimization, reducing errors and delays, agility in the development of activities; in conclusion the achievement of goals and objectives set by the management of the PRINTING COMPANY “SOLUCIONES GRAFICAS INTEGRALES”.
