La presente tesis consiste en el desarrollo de una propuesta del Cuadro de Mando Integral para mejorar el desempeño organizacional de Productos Lácteos González Cía. Ltda. y se considere como una herramienta de gestión que le permita alinear a la organización con su estrategia. Se pretende orientar las decisiones que el empresario debe tomar basado en un modelo de gestión que traduce la estrategia en objetivos relacionados, medidos a través de indicadores y ligados a iniciativas que permitirán incluir el trabajo de todos los miembros de la empresa, para lo cual se presentan las bases teóricas sobre el Cuadro de Mando Integral para sustentar la metodología de la propuesta. Para lograr lo anteriormente descrito se analizó el entorno y la situación organizacional interna de la empresa con el fin conocer los principales problemas administrativos que son comunes en el tipo de empresas Pymes como es el caso de Productos González, se definió la estrategia y se establecieron los indicadores que permiten el monitoreo de la gestión y tomar acciones sobre los resultados obtenidos y por último se hace las conclusiones y recomendaciones de todo lo referente a esta investigación.
This thesis is the development of a proposal of the management Scorecard to enhance the performance of Productos Lácteos González Cía. Ltda. considered as a tool for management. Resulting in the alignment of the company and its strategy. The objective is that the decisions makers use a management model that translates the strategy into related objectives, with the use of pointers showing the initiatives that allow the inclusion of all the employees of the company. Being the reason why the theoretical bases of the Scorecard as the base for the methodology proposed. In order to achieve what has been described the environment and the internal organizational situation of the company has been analyzed, as way to know the main administrative problems that are common for SMB such as the case of Productos González. A strategy was created and the pointers that allow the management monitoring and taking action on the results obtained and finally present the conclusions and recommendations of all involved in this investigation.
